Shipping Methods

We primarily ship your orders via EMS or USPS (United States Postal Service) Standard Shipping. Depending on your shipping address, express shipping options may be available at checkout. Please note that express shipping is not supported for certain destinations.

Delivery Timeframe

For most valid shipping addresses, packages typically arrive within 14 to 21 business days after dispatch, and actual delivery times are often shorter. Please be advised that brief delays may occur during peak seasons, holiday periods, or due to uncontrollable factors such as international customs inspections. We appreciate your patience and understanding as carriers work to deliver your package as promptly as possible.

Tracking Information

We will send you tracking details via email within 7 to 10 business days after your order is placed, and we usually send them earlier when possible. If you have not received the tracking information within this timeframe, or if you cannot receive it due to an incorrect registered email address, please contact us and we will resend it manually. You can also check the tracking progress independently by entering your order number and registered email address on our official website.

Duties & Taxes

Athletic apparel generally has no import restrictions in most countries/regions. We do not charge any taxes or duties at checkout, and in the vast majority of cases, customs will not impose additional fees on you. However, if your country/region requires such fees to be levied, you will be responsible for covering them. This scenario is rare, but tax policies may vary by destination.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your received items are lost, damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue promptly to ensure you receive the correct and undamaged products.
